This Shipping & Returns Policy applies to purchases made through ReziMart (the “Marketplace”). The Marketplace connects customers with independent third-party sellers (“Vendors”). ReziMart does not manufacture, store, ship, or directly sell products listed on the Marketplace.
 

1.1 Shipping Responsibility

All shipping, handling, and delivery of products sold through the Marketplace are the sole responsibility of the individual Vendor.

Each Vendor is responsible for:

  • Determining shipping methods, carriers, costs, and delivery timelines

  • Accurately describing shipping terms on their product listings

  • Packaging items appropriately

  • Providing tracking information where applicable

  • Complying with all applicable shipping, import/export, and customs laws

ReziMart is not responsible for shipping delays, lost packages, customs issues, or delivery errors.
 

1.2 Shipping, Returns & Dispute Support Policy

Vendor Response & Marketplace Review Standards


Vendor Response Time Requirement

All sellers on ReziMart are required to respond to customer inquiries related to shipping, returns, replacements, or order issues within 72 hours (3 business days).

Vendors must:

  • Acknowledge customer messages within the required timeframe

  • Make a reasonable, good-faith effort to resolve shipping or return concerns

  • Communicate clearly, respectfully, and professionally

  • Keep contact information current in vendor account settings

Failure to meet response standards may result in:

  • Reduced listing visibility

  • Temporary suspension of listings

  • Account warnings or removal from the marketplace

These requirements help ensure a reliable and fair customer experience.
 

Returns & Refund Responsibility

Each vendor is responsible for managing their own shipping, returns, replacements, and refunds, according to their posted store policy.

ReziMart does not process refunds or force financial reversals on behalf of vendors.
All refund approvals and payment resolutions are handled directly between the customer and the seller.

Customers are encouraged to review each seller’s return policy before purchasing.
 

Dispute Escalation & Marketplace Review

If a customer and seller cannot reach a resolution within 7 days, the customer may request a Marketplace Review.
 

What Marketplace Review Includes

  • Reviewing communication between the customer and vendor

  • Reviewing transaction and order details

  • Assessing whether the vendor followed ReziMart shipping and returns standards

  • Recommending a fair resolution based on policy
     

Important Limitations

  • ReziMart does not issue refunds or override vendor refund decisions

  • Marketplace review is advisory, not legal arbitration

  • Financial outcomes remain the responsibility of the vendor and customer

If a vendor is found to be violating policy, ReziMart may take corrective action, including warnings, account restrictions, or removal

2. Risk of Loss

Risk of loss and title for products pass directly from the Vendor to the customer in accordance with the Vendor’s stated shipping terms and applicable law. Any claims related to loss, damage, or non-delivery must be directed to the Vendor.
 

3. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

All returns, refunds, and exchanges are governed by the individual Vendor’s return policy, as stated on the product listing or Vendor storefront.

Vendors are solely responsible for:

  • Establishing and honoring their return and refund policies

  • Processing refunds or exchanges

  • Handling disputes related to product condition, defects, or accuracy

4. Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for:

  • Reviewing a Vendor’s shipping and return policies before making a purchase

  • Contacting the Vendor directly regarding shipping issues, returns, refunds, or exchanges

  • Following the Vendor’s stated procedures and timelines

Failure to follow a Vendor’s policies may result in denial of a return or refund.
 

5. Marketplace Role and Limitation of Liability

ReziMart acts solely as a platform provider and is not a party to transactions between customers and Vendors. We do not guarantee:

  • Delivery times

  • Product quality or condition

  • Vendor performance or responsiveness

To the maximum extent permitted by law, [Your Marketplace Name] disclaims liability for any claims, damages, losses, or disputes arising from shipping, returns, or refunds.
 

6. Reporting Issues to the Marketplace

While shipping and returns are handled by Vendors, customers may contact ReziMart to report issues or concerns related to an order, including non-responsive Vendors or suspected policy violations.

We may review reports for policy compliance and take appropriate action under our Marketplace policies, but we do not guarantee resolution of individual disputes.
 

7. Policy Changes

We may update this Shipping & Returns Policy from time to time. Continued use of the Marketplace after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
